Meditation


I tried a guided meditation class, and it was interesting. I started breathing in and breathing out and then I was out of breath. The instructor stated that we should try and control our breaths. Geez this was harder than I thought.


But what was captivating to me was when the instructor said, “take it all in and then let it go.” If I continued to hold my breath, it would cause all kinds of havoc and I would pass out. But just like all the crazy stuff that goes on in our lives sometimes it is ok to take it all in and just let it go. However, you must control the flow because things can become overwhelming. I have talked about letting go in past entries, but that statement resonated in my head for hours. I did exactly the opposite of what the instructor said.


Ahh and now the light bulb moment……..JUST LET IT GO!
