Where is the beach?



For me the beach is therapeutic and a rejuvenating place. The combination of the natural elements such as the tranquil sound of waves crashing, the breeze, the scent of the ocean, and the feel of sand beneath my feet. The beach creates a calming and soothing experience and I love to call it my happy place.


Going to my happy place is a bit challenging since I am afraid of birds specifically the Seagulls. They are invasive and tend to cause a significant amount of anxiety. While I have adjusted my behavior to avoid these pesky birds they are still very daunting.


Dealing with fear is a task that takes time and understanding. We have to understand our fear before we can address the triggers. Addressing fear is a personal journey, and it's important to be patient and compassionate with yourself throughout the process.


I'll admit that my fear of birds is still very much an issue for me but it is not a deterrent and I am going to the BEACH!!!!!!
